Our
Annual support contract is tailored to the individual needs of each
client. We recognise that every business is different and that IT
requirements vary.
A number of dedicated ICT support hours are allocated to the client
for the year. These hours are calculated based on your IT requirements.
Throughout the course of the year the hours can be used as and when
required by the client. On completion of either the 12 months or
allocated hours the contract is reviewed and altered accordingly.
All work done is logged via an online case logging system allowing
the client to see exactly what work has been done and the status
of the contract.
In the event of a serious issue involving downtime you will be
given priority support.
Annual support is usually the most cost effective option since
the hourly rate (varies depending on hours required) is lower than
than block or ad-hoc.
